FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for performing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical surgery to remove the prostate gland. To do this, lateral reconstruction of the small pelvis is performed by excision of a section of the vas deferens on one side of the bladder in the area of the internal inguinal ring or by excision of sections of the vas deferens on both sides of the bladder, 3-6 cm long, using coagulation, with the middle of the excised section or excised the segments are fixed respectively to the intrapelvic fascia in accordance with Dwg. 4, and both ends of the excised segment or excised segments are fixed in a V-shape to the lateral walls of the bladder neck in accordance with Dwg. 5, on one or both sides proximal to the urethrocystoanastomosis.
EFFECT: method allows to preserve the anatomy of the pelvis, disturbed during the release of the bladder, prostate gland and urethra, as well as minimize the risks of pelvic organ prolapse, and, as a result, ensure earlier restoration of urinary continence in the postoperative period, and increase the effectiveness of the method.
