FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: composite fuel preparing method, comprising the fuel oil and the water metered amount supply to the container and the mixture processing in an emulsifier by the multiple hydrodynamic treatment method, characterized in that before mixing, the fuel oil and water are separately treated by the multiple circulation method until the water pH obtaining of at least 8.4–8.6, wherein treating the fuel oil in the same time as water, and then the fuel oil and water are mixed and the resulting mixture is treated by the multiple circulation method at the emulsifier rotor speed of at least 24 m/s to the state, when the water globules in the emulsion size did not exceed 1 micron.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the composite fuel production with having high stability fine water-oil emulsion (less than 1 micron).
