FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the chemical and pharmacological industries to accelerate chemical reactions in technological processes, in agriculture to stimulate biological processes, in petrochemistry for preparation of composite fuels (water-fuel emulsions). The method of water treatment is the impact of hydrodynamic cavitation on water, which occurs when water passes through the rotary assembly of the device for hydrodynamic cavitation. Water treatment is carried out in a hydrodynamic disintegrator in cavitation mode created on the teeth of the rotor assembly of the device. The rotor is a conical rotor assembled from serrated disks. The discs provide vacuum cavitation, shock effects on water and ultrasonic vibrations from alternating teeth and a pump wheel installed after the discs. The pump wheel provides a vacuum in the water when it enters the rotor assembly to create cavitation. Water treatment is carried out at a rotor speed of 4050 to 9000 rpm and the treatment time is 5 to 15 minutes. At the same time, pH is determined by a sensor installed at the outlet of the device. The gas medium formed during water treatment is removed by a vacuum pump.
EFFECT: obtaining water with a pH value in the range of 7.7-9.33.
