FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and is intended for production of stable fine water-oil fuel emulsions and its supply to internal combustion engines (ICE). Invention objective is to increase the quality of the emulsion from the mixed media and, as a result, to reduce fuel consumption in the internal combustion engine and to reduce the ICE exhaust toxicity. Proposed device for preparation and supply of oil-water emulsion in ICE comprises tank 27 for fuel and standard fuel system including main line for fuel supply to ICE via booster pump 8 and main line 29 of cut-off fuel, fuel filter 9, water tank 3, water pump 4, flow meters 10, 11, 12, solenoid valves 13–16 and two emulsifiers 2, 6. Device additionally contains fuel activation reservoir 1, emulsion preparation container 5 and storage container 7. Fuel activation reservoir 1 is connected via solenoid valve 13 with standard fuel tank 27, emulsion preparation container 5 is connected to water main and emulsifier 2, and storage container 7 is connected to standard booster pump 8. Emulsifier used is DE emulsion disintegrator. Tanks 1, 5, 7 are equipped with partitions. Main line 29 of cut-off fuel from ICE is connected to receiving part of emulsion preparation container 5.

EFFECT: disclosed device for preparation and supply of oil-water emulsion into internal combustion engine.
