FIELD: space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space technology and can be used to control the movement of spacecraft in carrying out space purification from debris. Spacecraft contains a correcting propulsion system, an executive body for cleaning debris, angular control formers, garbage particle detection system, microcomputer, pitch, roll and yaw axis asymmetric control drivers, control devices and sensors of the kinetic moment components, connected in a certain manner. Device provides an economical mode of flow of the working fluid, allowing to increase the service life of the spacecraft to the required values, rapid turn around the center of mass, high survivability in view of the fact that when the failure of the angular control formers or asymmetric control drivers, the operability of the spacecraft remains.
EFFECT: implementation of space purification from debris.
