FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil-processing and petrochemical industries. Claimed catalyst for the isomerization of aromatic hydrocarbons C-8, which consists of a carrier containing, mass. %: ordered aluminosilicate of type Al-MCM-41 – 10.0–75.0; aluminosilicate nanotubes – 5.0–70.0; gamma-aluminium oxide – the rest – up to 100, and the platinum group metal deposited on the carrier in an amount of 0.1–5.0 % by weight of the catalyst. Active phase of the carrier consists of an ordered aluminosilicate of type Al-MCM-41 and aluminosilicate nanotubes and is a hierarchical aluminosilicate material having a system of pores and channels of the ordered aluminosilicate of type Al-MCM-41, formed on the outer and inner surfaces of aluminosilicate nanotubes.
EFFECT: technical result achieved consists in forming a system of pores and channels to ensure high thermal stability and catalyst activity, which is due to the use of a hierarchical aluminosilicate material.
