FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technical physics and can be used to form samples of thin coatings used in testing for cohesive strength by stretching at elevated temperatures. Essence: the device includes at least two annular elements, each of them is made in the form of two successively coaxially arranged parts, their outer cylindrical surface is intended to form a sample of the test coating. Parts of the ring element are fastened together by pins, placed in the through holes of the parts of the ring part by a sliding fit, and on the opposite ends of the parts of the annular element were placed washers made of a material that does not have adhesion to the material of the test coating, and a tightening element placed in the through holes of the annular elements and made of a material whose linear expansion coefficient is less than the linear expansion coefficient of the material of the parts of the annular element.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of testing by ensuring the identity of the coating parameters.
