Parts of the ring element are fastened together by pins, placed in the through holes of the parts of the ring part by a sliding fit, and on the opposite ends of the parts of the annular element were placed washers made of a material that does not have adhesion to the material of the test coating, and a tightening element placed in the through holes of the annular elements and made of a material whose linear expansion coefficient is less than the linear expansion coefficient of the material of the parts of the annular element.

EFFECT: improving the accuracy of testing by ensuring the identity of the coating parameters.
