SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building, and can be used in aircraft engine building and power turbine engineering to protect the GTE compressor mono-wheel working blades airfoil made of titanium alloys against the dust abrasive erosion. Protective multilayer coating application method on the gas turbine engine blisk blades from the titanium alloy includes the blisk blades polishing, blisk blades surface layer ion-plasma modification with the nitrogen ions and the ion-plasma multilayer coating with the specified number of pairs of layers in the form of the titanium with vanadium layer and the titanium with vanadium and nitrogen compounds layer subsequent application. Before polishing, performing the blisk blades surfaces hardening treatment with the microspheres, and the surface layer ion-plasma modification with nitrogen ions is carried out at the energy of 0.2 to 2.5 keV, a dose of 1.5⋅1019 up to 2.5⋅1019 cm-2, at current strength from 0.1 to 3 mA/cm2 and current frequency from 70 to 100 kHz. With the blisk ion-plasma modification and the multilayer coating application ensuring the blisk blades all working surfaces treatment by its rotation about the longitudinal axis with the oscillatory movements provision. Ion-plasma modification and the multilayer coating application is carried out simultaneously on the blisk both sides. During each pair of multilayer coatings layers application using the four simultaneously operating separate electric arc evaporators. Two titanium electric arc evaporators are installed on the blisk opposite sides and two vanadium electric arc evaporators are located on the blisk both sides. These electric arc evaporators are installed with electric arc evaporator from vanadium alternating with electric arc evaporator from titanium.

EFFECT: enabling the made of titanium alloy gas turbine engine blisk effective protection against erosion during exposure to the abrasive particles containing gas streams, with simultaneous increase in the protected parts endurance limit and cyclic durability.
