FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in aircraft engine building and power turbine construction for protection of turbo engine working blades of GTE compressor from titanium alloys against erosion destruction. Proposed method comprises hardening treatment of blisk blades surface layer by vibro-abrasive grinding with subsequent application of ion-plasma multilayer coating with preset number of pairs of layers in form of titanium with metal layer and layer of titanium and metal and nitrogen compounds. When coating is applied on blisk, it is rotated relative to its longitudinal axis and, at the same time, either rotated relative to its transverse axis or oscillations are imparted to bliss relative to its transverse axis, providing application of coating on the entire blisk working surface.
EFFECT: technical result of claimed invention is increased resistance of blades blisk compressor GTE to erosion destruction by providing uniform application of erosion-resistant coating on them.
