FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method includes strengthening treatment of material of surface layer of blades with subsequent application of ion-plasma multilayer coating with specified number of pairs of layers in the form of layer of titanium with metal and layer of compounds of titanium with metal and nitrogen. In application of coating on blisk blades are simultaneously rotated relative to its longitudinal axis and its transverse axis with simultaneous bliss of oscillatory movements relative to its transverse axis, providing application of coating on entire working surface of blisk. Vanadium is used as a metal in the layers of titanium with metal and in the layers of titanium compounds with metal and nitrogen. Application of titanium and vanadium is performed simultaneously with electric evaporator for titanium and electric arc evaporator for vanadium.

EFFECT: invention can be used in aircraft engine building and power turbine construction for protection of turbo engine working blades of GTE compressor from titanium alloys against erosion destruction.
