FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method protection of blisk of gas turbine engine from titanium alloys against dust-abrasive erosion and can be used in aircraft engine building and power turbine construction. Performing hardening treatment and ion-implantation treatment of blades with nitrogen ions at energy from 20 to 25 keV, dose from 2.0⋅1017 up to 2.5⋅1017 cm-2. An ion-plasma multilayer coating is applied in the form of a layer of titanium with vanadium and a layer of compounds of titanium with vanadium and nitrogen simultaneously from two electric arc evaporators for titanium and two electric arc evaporators for vanadium, located in pairs on different sides from blisk. Prior to ion-implantation treatment electrolytic-plasma polishing of blisk surface is performed at voltage from 250 to 320 V, temperature from 70 to 96 °C, current from 0.2 to 0.7 A/cm2, not less than 1.5 min in electrolyte based on hydroxylamine hydrochloric acid with additives of NaF or KF. During ion-implantation treatment and application of coating, blisk is rotated relative to its longitudinal axis and simultaneously rotated relative to its transverse axis or gives bliss to oscillations.
EFFECT: proposed is a method of the gas turbine engine blisk from titanium alloys protecting against dust abrasion erosion.
