FIELD: medicine; sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and sport. It is designed to effectively assess and develop the psychomotor abilities of a person. Result is achieved by the fact that the assessment and/or development of the psychomotor abilities of a person with a sports projectile or without it is carried out on the field with permitted and prohibited zones, which are formed, transformed and moved manually or by a hardware-software complex. Peculiarity is that the trainer or researcher chooses a program that sets the mode of development or test, where a software-hardware complex containing a specified number of remotely controlled balls, form a point-specific number of contours of the dynamic allowed and forbidden zones. Test subject’s task is to keep for a specified time and test or training conditions in a dynamic circuit of one of the allowed zones and/or move around the areas of the adjacent dynamic allowed zones, without stepping on the forbidden zones and not touching the balls that form the boundaries of the zones or segments between adjacent balls that form the contour of any zone. Psychomotor abilities are assessed by the minimum area and maximum speed of movement, transformation of allowed zones for which a person does not make mistakes – contact with a controlled ball and/or exit to and/or beyond the boundaries of allowed zones. Method allows to assess and develop the psychomotor abilities of a person, to individualize training and test tasks, simulating various game situations in complexity.
EFFECT: comparative analysis of data from different-time tests of the subject will allow to evaluate the dynamics of the development of the psychomotor abilities of the individual.
