FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of precision instrument making and can be used in the manufacture and operation of two-stage float gyroscopes with contactless gyroscopic chamber supports. Method of determining the moment of trim gyroscopic chamber of two-stage float gyroscope further comprises the steps where the temperature of the gyroscope is changed from its operating value and the simultaneous measurement of control signals in the channels of the contactless supports of the gyroscopic chamber is produced in two orientations, which the gyroscope takes successively after performing the opposite tilts of the longitudinal axis of the gyroscope relative to the horizon plane on (50–70)° and decreasing each slope in each of the states to (1–3)°, according to the results of measurements of control signals in the channels of contactless supports of the gyroscopic chamber in two orientations, determine the moment of trim of the gyroscopic chamber.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of determining the moment of trim of gyroscopic chamber float gyroscope, the ability to determine the presence of non-liquid components in the fluid gyroscope.
