SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device for supplying heating warm water for central heating and district heating and a control method. Device contains a pipe for supplying heating water, which is supplied from the block supplying the heat source, to places requiring heating; heating water return pipe, pipe supplying hot water, waste from the pipe supplying heating water and configured to supply heating water to the heat exchanger of hot water; hot water return pipe; direct water supply pipe into which direct water flows; a warm water supply pipe adapted to supply the user with direct water, which is subjected to heat exchange with heating water in a heat exchanger; water flow adjustment valve on the heating side, which is supplied to places requiring heating, through the heating water supply pipe; a water flow adjustment valve on the warm water side that is supplied to the hot water heat exchanger through the hot water supply pipe. Controller configured to adjust the opening degree of the flow adjustment valves on the heating side and the warm water side for supplying to places requiring heating, the amount of heat obtained by subtracting the amount of heat used to supply warm water, which is used in the heat exchanger of hot water supply, from the total amount of heat supplied, which is supplied through the heating water supply pipe, when using warm water during heating supply, the controller regulates the degree of opening of the flow control valve on the heating side in accordance with the set temperature of the heating temperature controller, and when using warm water while supplying heating, the controller closes the flow control valve on the heating side and at the same time opens the flow control valve on the warm water side when determining the flow of direct water with a flow sensor, thereby adjusting the opening degree of the flow control valve on the warm water side to match the set warm water temperature and the opening degree of the flow control valve on the heating side to ensure the supply of heat to supply heating to places requiring heating.

EFFECT: this allows to keep the temperature of warm water that is requested by the user and prevent interruptions in heating.
