SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method of heating and hot water supply. Device comprises an inlet pipe for an object requiring heating, with possibility of supplying network water supplied from a heat source to the object; outlet pipe for object requiring heating, with possibility to supply network water subject to heat exchange on object to heat source; circulating connecting pipe made with possibility of its connection between inlet pipe and outlet pipe; circulating pump, which is installed in pipeline of fluid medium circulation and connection of inlet pipe of object, which requires heating, outlet pipe and circulation connecting pipe; and a controller configured to move the fluid circulation pipeline into the closed circuit according to the measured recycle water temperature, flowing through outlet pipe for object requiring heating, during heating and possibility of circulating pump actuation.
EFFECT: device allows minimizing energy losses by reducing the temperature of network circulating water supplied to the heat source.
