SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and fat industry, as well as to agriculture. Method of obtaining a concentrated protein fodder includes hulling and crushing seeds, eventilation, pressing the seeds to obtain seed cake in a press extruder, cleaning of oil cake, while remaining oilseeds are conditioned after harvesting simultaneously with the hulling at a temperature of 40–45 °C and sent to the extruder press, and seed cake and oil are obtained, at the same time, the oil is purified and additional seed cake is obtained with a moisture content of not more than 10 % and is sent to obtain granulated fodder, then the oil is mixed with seed cake in a 1:0.5 ratio and a concentrated protein fodder is obtained with a moisture content of not more than 20 %.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the method of performing technological work without degrading the quality of the product – sunflower oil and seed cake, as well as reduce the energy intensity of the process.
