FIELD: agricultural industry.
SUBSTANCE: process line for obtaining a concentrated protein feed is proposed, which includes machines connected with transporting devices and machines installed along the process for shelling, grinding and winnowing a raw material, an extruder for pressing oil from the oil cake, for supplying filtered impurities to a feeder of the respective presses and mixing them with the raw material, an oil tank with a filter for cleaning the oil cake. At the same time, the line is equipped with an air conditioner installed between a centrifugal hulling and winnowing machine, the oil tank is connected to a mixer and a granulator, and the extruder has a screw, the turns of which are made along an Archimedean spiral with a variable decreasing step to the yield of the material from it, and is connected to the mixer.
EFFECT: invention allows to simplify the design of the process line and obtain a highly concentrated protein feed, as well as to reduce the energy intensity of the process.
