FIELD: rubbers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the rubber industry, in particular, to production of rubber mixes used for manufacturing articles for various purposes, including the production of rubber mixes for manufacturing liners of rail fastenings of the railway track. Rubber mix for manufacturing liners of rail fastenings of the railway track consists of the following components, pts. wt.: isoprene rubber SKI-3 45.0 to 50.0, butadiene-methyl styrene rubber with a 22 to 25% wt. content of α-methyl styrene 38.0 to 48.0, divinyl rubber with a 87 to 95% content of cis-1,4 links 7.0 to 15.0, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolyl sulphenamide 1.5 to 2.0, sulphur 0.4 to 0.6, tetramethyl thiuramdisulphide 0.8 to 1.1, zinc oxide 4.0 to 5.0, stearic acid 1.5 to 2.0, N-isopropyl-N′-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine 1.5 tp 2.0, acetone anyl H 0.5 to 1.0, wax ZV-P 0.8 to 1.2, carbon black N 220 41.0 to 45.0, silicon dioxide Zeosil 1165 MP 20.0 to 25.0, hollow corundum microspheres HCM-L 2.5-3.5, hepsol HCP 1.0 to 1.5, rosin 1.0 to 1.5, N-nitrosodiphenylamine 0.8 to 1.0, polyisobutylene 16.0 to 20.0.
EFFECT: increase in the values of relative breaking elongation, decrease in the values of relative residual strain at 30% static compression strain after ageing in air, a relative mass change after 24-hour exposure to water; ensured fine dynamic and dielectric properties of the rubber.
