FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a rubber mixture. This mixture is used for production of under-rail pads – shock absorbers of rail fasteners. Mixture contains pts.wt.: butadiene-methylstyrene rubber with content of α-methylstyrene 22–25 wt.% – 38.0–48.0, SKI-3 isoprene rubber – 45.0–50.0, divinyl rubber with content of cis-1,4 units 87–95 % – 7.0–15.0, sulfur – 1.5–2.5, N,N'-dithiodimorpholine – 0.8–1.2, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzothiazolyl-sulphenamide – 1.5–2.0, zinc oxide – 2.5–3.5, stearic acid – 1.0–2.0, N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-n-phenylenediamine – 1.5–2.0, acetonanil N – 0.5–1.0, ZV-P wax – 0.5–1.0, technical carbon N 220 – 58.0–62.0, hollow corundum microspheres HCM-L – 4.5–5.5, gepsol HKP – 0.5–1.0, kaolin – 18.0–25.0, rosin – 1.0–1.5, industrial oil I-12A – 13.5–16.5, trans-polynorbornene – 9.0–11.0.
EFFECT: increased tensile strength, hardness, tear resistance, reduced values of relative residual deformation at 30 % static compression deformation after aging on air, abrasion, improved dynamic parameters of rubber.
