FIELD: electrical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: field of application: electrical equipment. According to the method, measuring the voltage on the positive data terminal D+, on the negative data terminal D- or on the charging interface identification terminal (ID terminal), charged device charging interface charging current and temperature increase; detecting whether the voltage on the D+ data terminal, the D- data terminal, or the ID terminal belongs to the predefined voltage range; detecting whether the charging current is less than the predetermined current threshold; detecting whether the increase in temperature is greater than the temperature increase predetermined threshold; and disconnecting the charger charging circuit, when at least one of the following conditions is satisfied: the voltage at the D+ terminal, D- terminal or ID terminal does not belong to the predefined voltage range, the charging current is less than the predefined current threshold, or the temperature increase is greater, than the predefined temperature increase threshold; wherein the charger charging circuit disconnection comprises the stages, at which sending the instruction for the charger circuit disconnection, at that, the circuit disconnection instruction is used to instruct the charger to disconnect the charging circuit; and controlling the charging interface power supply terminal for its grounding using the metal-oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistor when the charger is failed to disconnect the charging circuit.

EFFECT: technical result is increase in the charging interface protection effectiveness.
