FIELD: gesture recognition devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gesture recognition devices. Device includes a touch screen and proximity sensors distributed in the touch screen, with each of the proximity sensors including a transmitter and receiver, the transmitter is configured to transmit the signal, and the receiver is configured to receive the reflected signal, which is reflected as a result of blocking the signal by the acting object. When the receiver of one or more proximity sensors receives a reflected signal, but no touch operation by the target object is detected on the touch screen, and if it is detected that the receiver has switched from not receiving the reflected signal to receiving the reflected signal and then switched from receiving the reflected signal to not receiving the reflected signal, the control gesture of the user is recognized according to the location of said one or more proximity sensors.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the number of ways to respond to the touch screen control gestures.
