FIELD: control; regulation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved system for controlling a conveyor system in a wallboard production line. System comprises a computer processor, a deadband tuning module and a database for storing at least one piece of statistical information of specified input data for a predetermined period. Deadband tuning module is designed to control at least one of the following parameters: the linear speed of the conveyor belt, the amount of foam air for mortar, and the amount of water poured into the mixer. Said deadband tuning module calibrates and sets the threshold value of hysteresis based on the input data of at least one of the following parameters: said linear speed, said amount of foam air and said amount of water. Said input data are collected during a predetermined period. In addition, the deadband tuning module is configured to determine the range of the deadband based on said hysteresis threshold value and said at least one piece of statistical information using the processor.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of metering ingredients without interrupting the mixing process.
