SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmacy and medicine. Proposed: oral tablet for the treatment of an allergic or inflammatory condition, containing, in mg per tablet with a total weight of 206 mg: Montelukast sodium 10.4; Levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5.0 and auxiliary ingredients; with the tablet obtained by the method comprising the steps of: a) mixing sodium monteleukast, lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous dibasic calcium phosphate and croscarmellose sodium; b) dissolving hydroxypropyl cellulose in a solvent to form a binder solution; c) granulating the mixture from step a) using the binder solution from step b); d) mixing the granules from step c) with levocetirizine dihydrochloride, croscarmellose sodium and microcrystalline cellulose; e) introducing a lubricant, which is a magnesium stearate, in the mixture from step d); f) pressing the product from step e) to obtain a tablet and a method for producing it. Technical result consists in increased stability of the tablet within 12 months of storage at 25 °C and humidity 60 %.

EFFECT: technical result is increased stability of the tablet within 12 months of storage.
