SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology. Proposed strain Lactobacillus helveticus D75, deposited in the collection of the ARRIAM under number RCAM04483, and the strain Lactobacillus helveticus D76, deposited in the collection of the ARRIAM under the number RCAM04484, intended for use as part of probiotic preparations. Probiotic preparation intended for the preparation of a fermented milk product and containing bacterial cells of the strain Lactobacillus helveticus D75 and Lactobacillus helveticus D76 in a ratio from 1:1 to 1:3 is also proposed.
EFFECT: group of inventions ensures the preservation of the properties of fermented milk drink during storage for 20 days.
