FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: diesel internal combustion engine exhaust gases cleaning device comprises a housing with a filtering cartridge installed therein, periodically regenerated by the soot burning off. Cartridge is made with blind gas flow channels. Upstream of the filtering cartridge gases flow the air blower and the evaporative burner are installed, configured to heat the filtering cartridge, the evaporative burner and the air blower control device. On the housing the insulating layer is applied. Inside the housing inlet part, the guide vanes and leveling grid are installed. Filtering cartridge is mounted in the housing on the electromagnetic rod and is tightly pressed against the housing tapering inlet part using the return spring. In the housing input and output parts the control device pressure sensors are installed.
EFFECT: disclosed is the diesel internal combustion engine exhaust gases cleaning device.
