FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: fluid main line for transporting engine fluids under high and low pressure includes a rigid conduit having opposite ends configured to be rigidly connected to the engine. Adjustable connection divides the length of the rigid tube into first and second segments. Adjustable connection has a cylindrical body connected to the first segment and having an internal diameter. Locking element protrudes from the outer diameter of the second segment and interacts with the cylindrical body to prevent separation of the second segment from the body. Elastomeric cuff sits between the inner and outer diameters and is adapted to maintain fluid seal, which provides axial rotation, radial rotation and longitudinal sliding of the second segment in the cylindrical body.
