FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for thermochemical processing of biomass. Variant of the method for producing liquid products from a raw material containing biomass includes the steps of: a) removing volatile matter from the raw material in a pre-reactor containing hydrogen and a continuous layer material that is a sorbent to produce a vapor stream of the pre-reactor containing solids entrapped by it; and b) hydropyrolysis of at least a portion of said vapor stream from the preliminary reactor in the hydropyrolysis reactor containing hydrogen and a deoxygenation catalyst, to produce a hydropyrolysis reactor product containing at least one non-condensable gas, a partially deoxygenated hydropyrolysis product and particles of charred substance, where the sorbent is able to adsorb corrosive substances, poisons for a deoxygenation catalyst or a combination thereof, and where the pre-reactor is located separately from the hydropyrolysis reactor, and where the method further includes c) removing substantially all the char particles from the product of the hydropyrolysis reactor to produce a stream of purified steam from the hydropyrolysis reactor with a reduced content of char; and d) hydrotransforming at least a portion of said purified steam stream of a hydropyrolysis reactor in a hydroforming reactor containing hydrogen and a hydroforming catalyst to form a hydroforming reactor product; and e) recovering a substantially fully deoxygenated hydrocarbon liquid and gas mixture from the product of a hydrotransformation reactor. Two more variants of the method are declared.
EFFECT: expanding the possibilities of hydropyrolysis through the use of special pre-processing of raw material.
