FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing C4+ hydrocarbons and includes (a) contacting, at a reforming step, a gaseous mixture containing methane and CO2, with a reforming catalyst for producing synthesis gas as a product; and (b) conversion of H2 and CO in synthesis gas to hydrocarbons, including C4+ hydrocarbons obtained from synthesis of a Fischer-Tropsch (FT) product, wherein the FT product further includes starting H2 and CO, in addition to C1-C3 hydrocarbons, method further includes (c) without separating FT product, feeding FT product containing C4+ hydrocarbons, starting H2 and CO, and C1-C3 hydrocarbons into a final treatment reactor, for conversion of normal C20+ hydrocarbons into a paraffin fraction, into hydrocarbons C4-C19, where an additional hydrogen source is not used in the final treatment reactor.
EFFECT: technical result is stable synthesis of gas with suitable molar ratio H2:CO and resistance to sulphur-containing contaminants, as well as production of liquid hydrocarbons, for example, hydrocarbon fractions with gasoline and diesel boiling range.
