SUBSTANCE: method comprises: (a) biomass hydroprocessing of the hydroprocessing reaction conditions to give the hydroprocessing product containing deoxygenated hydrocarbon product containing fractions with boiling point range of gasoline and diesel fuel. Hydroprocessing includes: biomass hydropyrolysis in the reactor, in which there is a molecular hydrogen and a deoxygenation catalyst and hydrogen additions in the hydropyrolysis reaction conditions to give a deoxygenated hydrocarbon hydropyrolysis product containing carbon and vapour; separating, substantially, all the said coal and particles of the said deoxygenated hydrocarbon hydropyrolysis product to give substantially, a hydropyrolysis product not containing coal and particles; (b) separating each of the said fractions with the boiling point range of gasoline and diesel fuel from the said hydroprocessing product and from each other, to give a separated fraction with the boiling point range of gasoline and a separated fraction with the boiling point range of diesel fuel; (c) improving the quality of these separated fractions with the boiling point range of gasoline and diesel fuel, where at the stage of quality improvement (c) the said separated fraction with the boiling point range of diesel fuel is subjected to treatment to give a diesel product with the ultra-low sulfur content. Also a variant of the method for producing fuels of biomass is disclosed.
