FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the construction of pipelines and can be used for internal insulation of a welded joint of pipes with an internal protective coating. In the first embodiment, device contains a power actuator, including a cylindrical elastic working body 2, made with the possibility of radial expansion when an overpressure is created in its cavity. On the outer surface of the working body 2 there is a coaxial cylindrical jacket 4 made of elastic anti-adhesive material. Power actuator may include a cylindrical body 1 or may be made without housing. Jacket 4 can be made with channels for pumping out air and for feeding the compound. In the second embodiment, device is intended for sleeveless isolation of the annular gap, while its jacket made of anti-adhesive material in the middle part is reinforced with an elastic cord. Use of the cylindrical elastic anti-adhesive shirt 4 in the device composition, coaxially located on the outer surface of the elastic working body 2 of the power actuator, provides for the formation of an annular gap in the welded joint, either through the protective sleeve 6, or through the reinforced portion of the jacket. Vacuum is created in the annular gap and this gap is filled with compound.

EFFECT: elastic anti-adhesive material provides easy removal of the jacket 4 from the surface of the hardened compound.
