FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: expandable bushing is set into the part of a pipeline to be strengthened. The bushing is made of assemble of spring arc-shaped belts covered with a polymeric binder and is locked by the stop member. The locker is removed, bushing expands and presses the band to the inner side of the part of a pipeline to be strengthened.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities.
