SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, specifically to a composition for the specific binding of a heterotypic complex of keratin 7 to keratin 19, that can be used in medicine. Composition contains at least two targeted agents, the first targeted agent recognizing keratin 7 peptide and/or its fragment (-s) and one second targeted agent recognizes keratin 19 peptide and/or its fragment(s), where the first and second targeted agents are able to bind specifically and simultaneously with heterotypic keratin 7 complex with keratin 19 and/or its fragment (-s).
EFFECT: invention allows to diagnose and/or predict the effectiveness of treatment, evaluate the results of treatment, evaluate the recurrence of a malignant neoplastic disease, such as, for example, lung cancer, bladder cancer, esophageal cancer and ovarian cancer in a subject.
