SUBSTANCE: disclosed are antibodies and their antigen-binding fragments, which bind to claudin 6 (CLDN6), as well as conjugates of these antibodies for CLDN6 detection. Hybridomas producing said antibodies are also provided. Anti-CLDN6 antibodies are used to diagnose cancer and to determine expression of CLDN6 cancer cells.
EFFECT: invention provides binding to CLDN6 in FFPE tissues affected by cancer, with high specificity and low background activity.
