FIELD: medicine; biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: using the reverse genetics method, a recombinant strain of influenza virus A/PR8/HK-NS80E85A was obtained, which is attenuated, cold-adapted, temperature-sensitive, and expresses fragments of the ESAT6 and Ag85A antigens of M. tuberculosis. Recombinant strain A/PR8/HK-NS80E85A is genetically stable and has a high reproductive activity in the system of developing chick embryos, and also stimulates a specific antituberculous CD4+ T-cell response of Th1 type with the formation of polyfunctional antigen-specific T-cells when administered intranasally to mice. This recombinant strain A/PR8/HK-NS80E85A was deposited in the State collection of viruses of Honorary academician N. F. Gamaleya National Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation under No. 2863.
EFFECT: invention can be used to obtain a tuberculosis vectored vaccine.
