FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical biotechnology and concerns the strain of the influenza virus. Strain of the influenza virus A/Shanghai/HK/6:2/2013 (H7N9), deposited in the State Collection of Viruses of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal research and development center of epidemiology and epidemiology of N. F. Gamaleya"of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation under № 2833. Strain was obtained by classical genetic reassortment on the basis of cold-adapted strain A/Hong Kong/1/68/162/35(H3N2) and recombinant virus A/Shanghai/2/2013(H7N9)-PR8-IDCDC. From the donor, the strain inherited genes encoding internal non-glycosylated proteins. PB1, PB2, PA, NP, MP and NS. Genes encoding the surface proteins of the virus are HA and NA, the strain inherited from the wild type virus (A/Shanghai/2/2013(H7N9)-PR8-IDCDC). Genetically stable at 5-fold passaging in 10-day developing chick embryos and is suitable for the production of a monovalent vaccine and a three-component vaccine (as one of the constituents).
EFFECT: strain can be used to immunize the population against influenza A viruses of the H7 subtypes.
