FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the templating of blanks, in particular segments of air ducts and other curvilinear products from thin-sheet metal. Device contains a coordinate table having a base, side guide rails installed in parallel along opposite sides of the base, portal mounted for movement along the side guide rails, bearing platforms for rods mounted for movement along the portal guide rails, rods with mounted disk knives at one end and guide rollers at the opposite end, templates of replicated blanks, having profile side edges, a clamping mechanism for fixing the metal being cut; a receiving hopper for collecting the cut blanks, mounted under the coordinate table.
EFFECT: as a result, the manufacturing process of the elements of the ventilation systems is accelerated.
