FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and can be used in the oil fields in the extraction of high-viscosity oil from the complicated, deep wells, namely from wells operated by screw pump installations. Device for the extraction of highly viscous oil from deep wells contains a surface drive with an electric motor, an estuary gland, a tubing string, a hollow rod string, located inside the tubing string. Upper end of the tubing string is equipped with a swivel, and the lower end is connected to the downhole screw pump. Device contains discharge and discharge lines and is equipped with a gas-lift valve, installed above the downhole screw pump in a column of hollow rods, with the ability to create a gas-lift effect and reduce the density and viscosity of the pumped liquid.
EFFECT: technical result achieved is an increase in the efficiency of production of a well fluid, mainly high-viscosity oil, an increase in the reliability and efficiency of the device by reducing the load on the rod.
