FIELD preventing the formation of sand plugs.
SUBSTANCE: installation contains a pipe rod pump, a plunger, which is connected to a hollow bar through a sub. The hollow bar is connected to the hollow rod through a sub. The bypass valve is connected to the column of hollow rods 8 through a hollow rod. In the couplings 9 of the column 8 there are check valves 10 in an amount of at least three. The cylinder of a tubular rod pump is suspended from a tubing string. The entire length of the tubing string is filled with low-viscosity oil. The hollow wellhead bar is connected to the column 8 and at the upper end with a swivel. Low-viscosity oil from the reservoir enters the tubing string through an adapter, which is connected to the wellhead pipe holder and the wellhead gland. The swivel connects column 8 with the oil line using a flexible hose. Column 8, the hollow rod and the bar are made with a bore cross-section that ensures optimal speed of upward fluid flow.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at preventing sand 22 from getting into the internal cavity of the pump plunger and into the discharge valve.
