SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in optical communication systems. Transmission and reception device contains electrical components that transmit an optical signal and optically transmit computer structures, such as planes or shims. Further, the components of an electronic device are connected through optical signals that are freely propagated inside the electronic device. That is, the optical signals are not directed and may or may not move through optically transmissive structures and components. Said components are arranged in one plane or in a three-dimensional scheme and yet are connected by means of light signals.
EFFECT: increasing the capacity of communication channels.
