Method of obtaining in-vivo images of the inner parts of the human body using an imaging system and including operations for positioning the body relative to the imaging system and connecting a respiratory resistance device to the human respiratory system, as well as an operation of obtaining an image in the inhalation phase, during which the body performs air intake, overcoming the resistance created by said device, and / or an operation of obtaining the image in the exhalation phase, during which the body performs exhalation of air, overcoming the resistance created by said device, where a contrast medium is administered via venous access to the upper or lower extremity of the body immediately before and / or during the inhalation or exhalation phase, respectively, where said respiratory resistance device includes a housing that includes a replaceable component with one or more openings for connection to the human body respiratory system, a closed internal volume or internal volume with one or more flow-restricting through holes partially blocking the flow of air entering the respiratory system of the human body, and a generator for generating a control signal. Image quality improvement kit contains a substance for injecting into the body, in particular a contrast medium, and a respiratory resistance device.
