FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology, and can be used for ophthalmic surgery in children. For this purpose in case of general anesthesia with the preserved spontaneous breathing, blockade of the pterygo-palatine ganglion with lidocaine 2 % at a dose of 2.0 ml in combination with naropin 0.75 % at a dose of 2.0 ml is performed. Before the end of the operation, perfalgan is administered intravenously at a dose of 15 mg/kg of weight.
EFFECT: method provides adequate and controlled anesthesia in this category of patients, significantly reducing the likelihood of operative and postoperative complications due to a certain combination of the introduction of anesthetics and painkillers.
