FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to anaesthesiology, and can be used as anaesthesia care in ophthalmic surgeries in children with strabismus, glaucoma, lower injury of orbital wall, gunshot wounds of eye, buckling of retina. Pre-medication is carried out, induction with inhaled anaesthetics with hypnotics, installation of laryngeal mask or intubation of trachea, performing supporting anaesthesia with inhaled anaesthetics. Regional anaesthesia is infraorbital anaesthesia with intra-oral technique in combination with peripheral unit of van Lint. During especially traumatic operations regional anaesthesia is supplemented with palatinal anaesthesia and analgesia is maintained by intravenous administration of analgesic paracetamol, calculated based on patient's body weight.
EFFECT: method improves quality of anaesthesia, and improves efficiency and safety of anaesthesia in children.
