FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology, and may be used as an anesthesia care when performing eye removal surgery. To do this, venipuncture is performed 30 minutes before the operation and 500 mg of tranexane and 8 mg of xefocam are administered. Next, blockade of the pterygium fossa is performed with a mixture of naropine 0.75 % (4 ml) and dexamethasone (3 mg). Needle is inserted directly below the lower edge of the zygomatic arch and advanced through the notch of the branch of the lower jaw toward the base of the external plate of the pterygoid process. Intraoperative premedication with sibazone is carried out, introductory anesthesia is carried out with diprivane against the background of mask inhalation with sevoflurane. Anesthesia is maintained by sevoflurane at a dose of 2.2–2.5 % by volume, with spontaneous respiration preserved. Before the end of the operation, paracetamol is administered intravenously at a dose of 15 mg/kg.

EFFECT: method provides adequate and controlled anesthesia, as well as a “smooth” anesthesia recovery of the patient due to the original combination of the mode of administration of various drugs at various stages of surgical intervention.
