FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing boiler fuel, including vacuum distillation of straight-run fuel oil, to produce weighted tar and a metallized fraction of vacuum distillation, vacuum gas oil fractions followed by visbreaking weighted tar to produce a combined visbreaking product, to get the boiler fuel mix tar weighted, metallized fraction of the vacuum distillation of fuel oil, a mixture of asphalt and oil production extract, diluent – straight-run diesel fuel of 160–360 °C fraction, the combined product of visbreaking, characterized in that in the process of vacuum distillation of mixed raw materials, isolate an additional fraction with a boiling point of 360–390 °C and use it as an additional component of the boiler fuel diluent, a fraction of catalytic gas oil with a boiling point of 190–550 °C is additionally introduced into the boiler fuel, in the following ratio of mixing components in boiler fuel, wt. %: weighted tar 0.7–12.0; metallized fraction of the vacuum distillation of fuel oil 0.5–8.0; fraction of catalytic gas oil with a boiling point of 190–550 °C 0.1–3.0, a mixture of asphalt and oil production extract 0.1–6.0; diluent: fraction of distillation of straight-run fuel oil with a boiling point of 360–390 °C 0.1–6.0 and straight-run diesel fuel fraction 160–360 °C 0.1–1.8; combined product visbreaking – the rest is up to 100.0.

EFFECT: reducing the amount of straight-run diesel fuel fraction 160–360 °C in cooking fuel oil and increasing the flash point of the fuel.
