FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method for obtaining boiler fuel and involves vacuum distillation of mixed raw material containing once-run fuel oil and mixture of secondary products of oils - asphalt and extract of oil (at asphalt : extract of oils ratio of 81-84: 16-19 wt %) which are taken in ratio of 93-96 and 4-7 wt % respectively so that heavy tar oil and metallised fraction of vacuum distillation is obtained with further viscosity breaking of heavy tar oil so that flavoured combined viscosity breaking product is obtained. For obtaining boiler fuel there also used is introduced once-run diesel fuel at the following ratio of mixed components, wt %: heavy tar oil 6-12; metallised fraction of vacuum distillation of fuel oils 3-8; asphalt mixed with extract of oils 2-6; once-run diesel fuel 2-5; flavoured combined viscosity breaking product is the rest, up to 100.
EFFECT: obtaining boiler fuel by processing heavy oil residues, more rational use of residual components of oil-processing manufactures and decreasing the amount of diluters - lighter clear oil fractions.
