FIELD: power machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering and can be used in the mechanical finishing of axial turbomachines, mainly turbojet engines, as well as in the creation of diagnostic systems. When implementing the method, the sensor of the pressure pulsations of the flow is measured on the fixed parts of the turbomachine near the impeller blades, the signal from the sensor is measured, the frequency of rotation of the rotor is changed and the decrease is recorded in the amplitude of the signal, which determine the resonant mode for carrying out resonant tests. Pre-set the range of variation of the frequency of rotation of the rotor, which includes the value of the resonant mode, determined by the resonant diagram, in the specified range, the rotor speed is smoothly changed, and in the time domain, a decrease in the signal amplitude is observed. At the minimum signal value, the rotor speed is recorded that corresponds to the mode for conducting resonance tests, at which the turbomachine continues to operate without stopping, while maintaining the signal amplitude at a minimum.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the reliability and reliability of conducting resonant tests and reducing the cost of their conduct.
