FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a group of burners for a reducing reactor, as well as to a synthesis gas recycling system comprising said group of burners for a reducing reactor. Burner group includes several burners 200 located on the wall 101 of the reduction reactor to allow the temperature inside the reduction reactor 100 to be raised above 1,200 °C. Moreover, the reduction reactor 100 has a reaction space made therein, and each burner has fuel supply openings 210 made therein and several oxygen supply openings 220. In addition, each burner 200 includes a head portion 201 having an elongated combustion space 202 at one end thereof, moreover, the combustion space is in fluid communication with the reaction space of the reactor, and the elongated combustion space is of such length that the oxygen supplied to it from the oxygen supply hole is completely consumed by oxidation or combustion with fuel supplied from the fuel supply hole only in the elongated combustion space after the burner ignites. Then unburned fuel and molecules H2O and/or CO2 molecules, formed during the oxidation reaction in the elongated combustion space enter the reaction space of the reduction reactor, where only the reduction reaction of H2O molecules and/or CO2 molecules occurs at temperatures above 1,200 °C due to the heat radiated by the burner.
EFFECT: obtaining synthesis gas in an environmentally friendly manner.
