SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used for laboratory diagnosis of functional pathology of the liver in adults with psoriasis. To do this, conduct enzyme immunoassay for the presence of antibodies to viral hepatitis A (anti-HAV-IgG and anti-HAV-IgM) and when an elevated titer of anti-HAV-IgG is detected over 100 IU/ml and higher, functional liver pathology is diagnosed in adults with psoriasis.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency and quality of laboratory diagnostics of the pathology of the hepatobiliary system of adults with psoriasis.
