FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dermatology, and can be used in the treatment of skin manifestations both in limited, and systemic scleroderma. To do this, against the background of complex therapy, ganciclovir is additionally intravenously administered in an amount of 250 mg per 100.0 ml of saline daily for 12–15 days, Grosprinosin (inosine pranobex) – two tablets three times a day for 10 days, and thioctic acid – intravenously or orally 600 mg daily for 10 days.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the effectiveness of treatment and to increase the duration of clinical remission of dermatosis.
