Abstract RU 2678766 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing a catalyst for cleaning exhaust gases of internal combustion engines and industrial gas emissions, according to which a porous base is coated with a catalytic coating layer, as a porous base using a porous ceramic billet, which is first calcined in a vacuum muffle furnace at a temperature of 630–632 °C for 13–15 minutes, followed by cooling to 30 °C, is immersed in a liquid with fine particles of aluminum oxide hydrate suspended in it at a concentration of 7–9 % with a high-temperature binder and held there for 3 minutes, and then dried at up to 75 °C, after which calcined for 10–12 minutes in a muffle furnace at a temperature of 780–783 °C followed by cooling to 30 °C and placed for 3 minutes in a mixture in equal parts of organic solvents (wt.% butyl alcohol – 20, acetone – 10, solvent – 33, gasoline – 10, and isopropanol – 27), salts of base metals (wt.%: tungsten – 9, molybdenum – 23, titanium – 7, and aluminum – 61) and suspended in a mixture of small particles (wt.%: titanium dioxide – 50 and boehmite dioxide – 50) and then removed from the mixture and after removing the residue flowing it is dried in an airless chamber at a temperature of 32–36 °C and produce heat treatment to convert metal salts into oxides, which is carried out at a temperature of 633–987 °C for two minutes.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the field of application and ensuring the creation of catalysts with increased efficiency and reliability of application in a wide range of temperatures with high efficiency.
